Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: In-Office Position
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a warm, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing home care office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

What You'll Do

As our Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to multiple departments including Human Resources, Recruiting, Scheduling, and Operations. Responsibilities include:

Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Greeting and assisting caregivers, applicants, and visitors
Supporting recruitment and hiring efforts
Conducting reference checks
Assisting with onboarding paperwork and employee files
Scanning and organizing documents
Monitoring expired certifications and required documentation
Assisting with quality assurance calls for new caregivers and clients
Supporting Long-Term Care Insurance documentation
Maintaining caregiver files and client binders
Ordering and organizing office supplies and PPE
General office organization and administrative support
Assisting with conference room setup, cleanup, and office upkeep
Supporting HR, Recruiting, and Scheduling teams as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous administrative, office, HR, recruiting, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to learn new software systems quickly
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Dependable attendance and reliability
Team-oriented with a customer service mindset

Requirements

Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Comfortable working primarily at a computer, answering phones, managing emails, and handling administrative tasks throughout the day
Must be comfortable working in an in-office environment (this is not a remote or hybrid position)
